Typically 2 times a week
Saturday: 10:00-12:00
Monday: 20:00-22:00

Season: March (preseason) through August
Training typically 2-3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
Time: 20:00-22:15

Limit: 6 Americans on roster
4 Americans for game days
2 Americans on the field at one time
